Homeowner Requests, Sent to You

Many contractors assume lead services bring tire-kickers. We aim for something simpler. Homeowners tell us about their garage or concrete floor, and we pass the request to a provider in our network who serves that area. You follow up and give a straight quote.

Who Fits the Network

We look for independent contractors who work on:

• Epoxy garage floors
• Polyaspartic floor coating services
• Concrete coating and sealing
• Custom floor finishes
• Other flooring jobs, including repair and hardwood flooring installation

You run your own business, your own crew and your own schedule. Speakingenjoy Floor Coating is not an employer, and this is not a job listing.

What We Expect

• Honest talk about prep, including cracks, moisture and older slabs.
• Written quotes that match the work.
• Respect for homeowners, and no pressure tactics.
• Following the licensing and insurance rules that apply where you work.
• Clear answers about timing, including cold, heat and wet-season limits.

We do not make claims about your work, and you should not make claims on our behalf.

How Referral Fees Work

Providers may pay a referral fee when we send a homeowner request. We will explain the terms before you accept anything, so there are no surprises.

How to Apply

Send a short email to contact@speakingenjoy.property. Tell us your business name, the services you offer, the towns you cover and how you prefer to be reached. A short note about the kinds of floors you handle most often helps us match requests.

Questions?

Email contact@speakingenjoy.property and ask. Availability and terms vary by area, so we answer each message individually.
